Throughout history there have been men and women who sought God and found Him. There have been those who wanted more than just empty religion but wanted to personally know Jesus, the one who is "the way, the truth, and the life." Today, God is raising up a new generation of those who seek after Him. Vision Church is a new church in Austin. Through prayer, bible study, worship, fellowship, outreach and evangelism we endeavor to bring people to a true encounter with Jesus Christ. We believe God wants His people to encounter His presence in fresh ways everyday. Coming into the reality of God's power and glory transforms lives and cities. According to 1 Corinthians 2, our ministry is more than just persuasive words but should be a demonstration of God's Spirit and power. Our Vision is to behold His glory, be transformed by His glory becoming more Christ like and take His glory out to the community and the world.
"But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit." 2 Corinthians 3:18
We want to serve you and help you grow in your walk with God. God places His highest value on people. Jesus died on the cross for the sins of the world because He loves people. We invite you to come join us as we seek the presence of God and experience His unfailing love.
